AI-7 establishes the loop: separate the claim from the phrasing, open the source, check that it supports the exact proposition. EV-10 takes the same loop into study design, legal authority, and proposition-level citation. Together they cover the failure that shows up most often in public — a confident sentence with nothing behind it.
PR-12 is about the moment before disclosure: what data, whose authority, which product and configuration, and what happens to it afterwards. Brief 02 is the same reasoning compressed to one page you can run in five minutes.
GV-15 is about oversight that is real rather than ceremonial — a named reviewer, evidence they can inspect, authority to reject, and a route for affected people to contest a result. Brief 04 is the checklist version.
The six field briefs are built for the decision that is already on your desk. Each states when it applies, what you need, the minimum procedure, the conditions that mean stop, and the record you must end with. Read the stop conditions first.
Every lesson ends with a written scenario for a reason. Recognising a good answer is far easier than producing one, and the gap between them is exactly what appears when you have to make the call yourself under time pressure. Write your answer before you reveal the response.
